About the roaster
At La Cabra Coffee Roasters we source the highest quality green beans available from around the world. We roast lightly to ensure that natural aromas and flavour notes are retained and fully developed rather than covered up by the roasting process. Our coffees are sold in specialty cafes in 20 countries around the world, as well as in our own cafe in the heart of Aarhus. We are constantly working to uphold high standards in all that we do: roasting and brewing coffee, baking artisanal bread and pastries, and providing our customers in Aarhus and around the world with the best possible coffee experience.
